The Directorate of CT Policy and Strategy is saddled with the responsibility of advancing the policy objectives of NCTC and driving the tenets of the NACTEST. The Directorate is charged with the responsibility of sensitizing MDAs and the public both on the activities of the NCTC, NACTEST and their respective responsibilities in ensuring that policy and strategy objectives are achieved. The Directorate also liaises with some designated strategic stakeholders on CT efforts including the Federal Ministries of Education and Science and Innovation, Aviation as well as the National Early Warning Centre. The Directorate coordinates aviation stakeholder to carry out periodic assessment of airports while efforts are being made to extend the assessmentto the nation’s seaports.
