The National Coordinator, National Counter Terrorism Centre (NCTC), Office of the National Security Adviser (ONSA), Maj Gen AG Laka on 30 July, 2024 led a delegation from his office on a courtesy visit to the Headqarters, Nigerian Air Force in Abuja.

General Laka thanked the Chief of Air Staff (CAS), Air Marshal Hasan Bala Abubakar for the collaboration of the Service with the NCTC-ONSA so far. He said he looked forward to further partnership particularly in the area of civil-military relations.

In his response, the CAS expressed gratitude to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on the excellence decision in the choice of Maj General AG Laka as the NCTC boss. He wished him a very impactful tenure.

Abubakar called for more robust collaboration among all the security agencies in Nigeria for exponential benefits in the counter terrorism efforts.
